Trade Show Graphics
Our large format printers are capable of producing prints up to 60” wide. The polyester based substrate produces the most brilliant, accurate colors and offers a durable medium for accepting environmentally friendly inks. Various rigid and flexible mounting options are available depending on the application and lifetime expectancy of your trade show graphics and other exhibit properties.
Dye sublimation is the process of permanently transferring a digitally generated image “into” the fibers of polyester-based fabric. Through careful manipulation of heat, pressure and transfer time your images are permanently transferred into the fabric which can be rolled, folded and cleaned without damaging the image. For seamless, lightweight, and durable trade show graphics requirements, dye sublimation technology is the logical choice for extra large format.
Digital Direct Print
Direct print technology allows us to print to a wide variety of flexible and rigid substrates including PVC, acrylic, wood, styrene, corrugated boards and aluminum. This includes substrates up to 96” wide and 2” thick. Direct Print Cromaprint UV Curable ink technology displays remarkable adhesion quality and resistance to “rough” handling which is a concern of trade show exhibitors. The wide gamut 4 color process ensures excellent color matching across a wide variety of surfaces and substrates.
Digitally Cut Vinyl
For simple logos and graphics with solid color schemes, computer cut vinyl graphics have been an option for displays for more than two decades. They can be cost effective and applied to almost any smooth surface. Several vinyl colors are available including opaque, translucent and reflective options. New technologies allow us to print on vinyl sheets for automotive wrapping applications, window based applications, and most other smooth surface applications.
