Graphics Artwork Guidelines

Compatible File Formats:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
High resolution PDF files
Images should be left as links and supplied. Art time will be charged if files need to be fixed or altered to meet guidelines.

Resolution:
When building files, please build them at 100% final output size with 75-100 dpi (dots per inch). If an application does not allow full size, you can build at ¼ output size with 300-400 dpi or ½ output size with 150-200 dpi. Example: When building a 24”x36” graphic, build your file at 6”x9” at 300 dpi.

Fonts:
All Fonts must be converted to outlines or include TTF (True Type Face) before sending files.

Color/Layout:
Please provide a PDF layout or hard copy proof of the files being printed.
If Pantone colors need to be matched, please specify. All critical pantone colors need to be called out in the file as coated. Due to CMYK conversion process of printers, all colors will be matched as close as possible.

Vinyl Cut Graphics:
All of the artwork must be set up as vector files. No gradients are accepted for vinyl output. Vinyl is only available in a limited array of colors, so e4 Graphics will do their best matching vinyl to your specified Pantone call outs.

Bleeds:
Please, contact your consultant to see if bleeds are necessary for your project. If your project does require a bleed, the appropriate size is .5 inches or 25.4 mm.

Matrix Murals & Pop-up Displays
These files must be built as one continuous file. Please note where panel breaks are located and try to minimize the amount of type that crosses over the panel breaks.
